God of all Comfort

Our God is called, "The God of all comfort." (2 Corinthians 1:3) Our comfort is abundant through Christ (2 Corinthians 1:5) He lightens our load...He is always here for us...we are never alone... In Christ Jesus we are in a safe harbor...He is always here for us... He is always with us. . .Proverbs 4:18 tells us we do not walk in darkness..."the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until the full day"...fear has to flee the light...you must know that everything looks foreboding in the darkness of night...but when daylight comes even our mood lightens...we walk a path that God lights for us...so we can see His provision for us...He keeps us on a straight path...The God of all comfort provides for our every need...don't be anxious about anything (Luke 12:29) He wants us to be care free (1 Corinthians 7:32) Don't worry about your life...don't have an anxious mind...Seek the kingdom of God...He will see to it that you have all your needs met...God wants us to "Be careful for nothing." (Phillipians 4:6) anxious thoughts are to be put away...they "choke the Word" and it makes us unfruitful (Matthew 13:22) take David as an example (Psalm 116:17) offer God the sacrifice of thanksgiving...He is taking care of us. . .He is in control. . ."let us offer to God the sacrifice of praise continually" (Hebrews 13:15,16) God is our peace...He hears and answers us...Keep your eye on our Lord...for He is bringing us into a good land where we lack nothing (Deuteronomy 8:7,8,9) "The Lord our God has chosen us to be a people for Himself" (Deuteronomy 7:6) He loves us. ..Praise you Lord Jesus . . . Thank you sweet Savior.
