plantation (band of about 30 Delaware led by Teedyuscung) Due to the co ld the Indians were unable to sleep, so they drank and for entertainment cut Peter into pieces while the other prisioners were tied to trees & f orced to observe. Son Peter (Mercy's father) was about 6 mos old at that time.
